Üretimi yapılan mantarların standardizasyonu, mantarın hasattan sonra görülen kayıpları ve önleme yolları, depolamanın tanımı, amacı, depo yeri, büyüklüğü, kuruluş yeri, depo girdileri, depolama süresine etki eden önemli ortam faktörleri ve etkileri, depolama ve muhafaza sistemleri
