Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to enable students to develop AI-supported business ideas and evaluate digital entrepreneurship opportunities in the real estate sector.

The course covers entrepreneurship, innovation, AI-supported business models, digital entrepreneurship opportunities in real estate, problem identification, opportunity analysis, business model canvas, market research, revenue models, and startup presentations.

Week 1 - Theoretical
Introduction to Artificial Intelligence and Entrepreneurship: The concepts of artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, innovation, and digital transformation are explained, and their relationship with the real estate sector is established.
Week 2 - Theoretical
Basic Concepts of Entrepreneurship: The concepts of entrepreneur, business idea, opportunity analysis, risk-taking, innovation, and value creation are discussed.
Week 3 - Theoretical
The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Business Ideas: The role of AI in developing new products, services, and business models is explained through examples from real estate, finance, marketing, and customer relations.
Week 4 - Theoretical
Digital Entrepreneurship Opportunities in the Real Estate Sector: Entrepreneurial areas such as online portfolio management, smart listing systems, price prediction, location analysis, and customer matching are introduced.
Week 5 - Theoretical
Problem Identification and Opportunity Analysis: Problems faced by customers, agents, office managers, investors, and public institutions in the real estate sector are transformed into business ideas.
Week 6 - Theoretical
Developing an AI-Supported Business Model: The business model canvas, target customer, value proposition, revenue model, and the role of AI in the business model are explained.
Week 7 - Practice
Business Idea Draft: Students are asked to prepare a simple AI-supported business idea and value proposition related to the real estate sector.
Week 8 - Theoretical
Product and Service Design with AI Tools: Chatbots, report generation, listing text preparation, customer analysis, visual content, and automation tools are discussed through practical examples.
Week 9 - Theoretical
Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Methods for identifying target markets, customer segmentation, competitor analysis, and conducting rapid market research with AI tools are explained.
Week 10 - Theoretical
Digital Marketing and Artificial Intelligence: Social media content, advertising copy, target audience analysis, personalized marketing, and optimization of real estate listings are examined.
Week 11 - Theoretical
Financing, Revenue Model, and Sustainability: Startup costs, revenue sources, subscription models, commission models, investment acquisition, and sustainable growth in ventures are discussed.
Week 12 - Theoretical
Ethics, Legal Risks, and Data Security: Personal data protection, copyright, misinformation, discrimination risk, and professional responsibility in the use of AI are covered.
Week 13 - Theoretical
Startup Presentation and Pitch Preparation: Students prepare the problem, solution, target market, revenue model, and competitive advantage sections to present their business idea briefly, effectively, and persuasively.
Week 14 - Theoretical
General Review and Mini Startup Project: Students evaluate an AI-supported real estate startup idea together with its business model, target customer, revenue model, and short presentation.
