The concept of stress and its relationship with management, the symptoms of stress, being able to explain the relationship between stress and crisis, and being able to develop effective skills between managing stress and time management.
Crisis management is the practice of managing the organization in a way that will cause the least damage in the face of an unpredictable situation.
