Objectives of the Course

During the life of an individual's physiological aging is a process that is required to maintain the healthy nutrients have concomitant diseases, taking into account preparation, provision and consumption

Course Content

Understanding the principles of adequate and balanced nutrition, energy requirements, ideal height and weight, food groups and nutrients by defining them, understanding the principles of nutrition in special cases (nutrition in geriatric patients, pregnant and postpartum women, nutrition in chronic diseases), teaching the principles of dry and cold storage.
