The aim of this course is to gain awareness about the concept of stress, stress sources and reactions to stress, as well as techniques for managing stress.
Gaining theoretical knowledge about the concept of stress, physiological, psychological and social reactions to stress, individual and environmental stress sources, direct and indirect methods of coping with stress, the concept of inadequacy, the concept of crisis/trauma, and the reactions that occur in the individual and family after a crisis.
