Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to gain the knowledge and skills about the application of ISO 9001 quality management systems to an institution / organization and the analysis of the quality management system.

Course Content

Definitions of quality and evolution of quality, Standardization, Standard and Accreditation, process management, principles and document structure of ISO 9001 Quality management systems, audit auditor, how to conduct audit, case study.
