Objectives of the Course

To enable students to recognize the formation of soil, the rocks and minerals in the soil and the elements that make up them, to establish relationships between the physical, chemical and biological properties of the soil, and to make the necessary analyzes to reveal the physical and chemical properties of the soil. The basic principles of plant nutrition include gaining detailed information about each of the nutrients, their functions in the plant, their interactions, application techniques, and using soil and plant analyzes to determine the fertility status of the soil, taking samples, preparing for analysis, learning the basic principles of analysis.

Course Content

Soil elements and minerals, formation of soil, morphology of soil, physical, chemical and biological properties of soil, organic matter of soil. The intake form of each of the macro and micro nutrients absolutely necessary for the plant; metabolism; To know the analyzes used in the determination of plant and soil conditions.
