Objectives of the Course

It is to teach how the order in the laboratories should be and the importance of adjusting the points to be considered while establishing a laboratory according to the regulations and accreditation conditions.

Course Content

Types and characteristics of laboratories, Features that laboratories should have, Points to be considered in laboratory establishment, laboratory units and their importance, Laboratory regulations, accreditation of laboratories and related standards (TS EN ISO / EN 17025, etc.)

Learning Outcomes
1.Gains knowledge of the laboratory and its types, the systems that should be divided into units in the laboratory setup and the systems that should be kept in the foreground during the setup.
2.Learns the points to be considered in laboratory setup, laboratory layout and conditions.
3.Gains knowledge of the regulations regarding the conditions that analysis laboratories should have.
4.Gains knowledge of the standard documents to be used in accreditation of a laboratory.
5.Learns the standard document items that should be applied for laboratory accreditation.
