Objectives of the Course

Properties of matter and measurement, atoms and atomic theories, electron structure of the atom, periodic table and about some atomic properties, compounds, stoichiometry and chemical reactions, gases, chemical bonds To provide systematic and comprehensive theoretical information and to help students learn the basic concepts of chemistry.
