Objectives of the Course

The aim of the healthy nutrition course is to know the concepts related to healthy nutrition, to create awareness about adequate and balanced nutrition, to develop a correct attitude and to provide information about nutrition-related diseases.

Course Content

The importance of nutrition, nutritional content, different nutritional models, health problems caused by malnutrition, composition of nutrients.
