Objectives of the Course

This course aims to provide students with fundamental knowledge and practical skills related to bicycle use, safe riding techniques, basic maintenance procedures, traffic awareness, and sustainable transportation practices.

Course Content

History of bicycles, bicycle types and components, ergonomic adjustments, safe riding techniques, gear and braking systems, traffic rules, bicycle safety practices, basic maintenance and cleaning procedures, tire inspection and repair, physical preparation, sustainable transportation, and bicycle culture.

1.Explain and apply fundamental bicycle use principles, equipment, and riding techniques in accordance with safe riding practices.
2.Demonstrate awareness of occupational safety, environmental responsibility, and sustainability principles during bicycle use.

4.Carry out bicycle maintenance, inspection, and operational practices effectively both individually and within team-based activities.
5.Evaluate bicycle use as a component of healthy living, environmental sustainability, and lifelong physical activity.
