Objectives of the Course

The objective of this course is to enhance students' analytical skills by enabling them to comprehend the significance of science and technology in industrial growth and by facilitating discussions on the applications implemented by enterprises throughout their digital transformation journeys.)

Course Content

Within the scope of this course, the history, foundational principles, and concepts of Industry 4.0 and digital transformation will be covered. Information regarding the core building blocks of digital transformation—namely artificial intelligence, big data, augmented reality, the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, and smart factories—will be provided, and relevant case studies concerning Industry 4.0 and digital transformation in enterprises will be discussed.)
