Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to have knowledge about biotechnology, which is an interdisciplinary field, as well as; It is the internalization of knowledge and developments about the properties of biopolymers, biomaterials and their composites, and their applications in medicine and engineering.

Course Content

Properties of biopolymers, characterization of biopolymers, functionalization of biopolymers, use as biomaterials, new biopolymer designs.
