Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to discuss the dependency in terms of theoretical knowledge and to inform about the existing services for the prevention of addiction.

Course Content

Definition and scope of addiction. Substance addictions are caused by social - psychological problems and health problems. Legal and illegal substances Virtual addictions (video game, social media, pornographic content, etc.) and social problems caused by health problems. National policies and strategy methods for the prevention and intervention of addiction
