Objectives of the Course

In this course, it is aimed to gain knowledge about the factors affecting learning in early childhood. Thus, it will be tried to ensure that teacher candidates come to the competence to prepare appropriate learning environments for this period.

Course Content

Basic principles and concepts related to learning; factors affecting learning in early childhood (feedback, motivation, reinforcements); learning theories and approaches (Behavioral learning theories, Cognitive Theories, social learning theory and brain based learning theories; for effective learning in early childhood, the environment that the teacher can do and educational content arrangements.
