The aim of this course is to enable students to understand the motor development characteristics of preschool children and to acquire the skills to plan, implement, and evaluate movement activities in accordance with the preschool education program.
This course covers the motor development process in children and its fundamental characteristics. It includes theoretical and practical examinations of the development of motor skills and physical abilities, as well as the relationship between play and movement. Age-specific motor development is analyzed, and the planning of educational environments that support movement development is discussed. The course also aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to plan, implement, and evaluate movement activities suitable for the preschool education program.
