Within the scope of Human Resources Management, to provide students with perspective on all issues related to the employees of a business.
The evolution of the concept of human resources, the three basic resources and relationships of organizations; personnel selection, leadership, team building and management, innovation management, human resources management, management economics, communication techniques and development, crisis management, budgeting and money management, digital marketing and social media management.
