Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to analyze public personnel which is the anthropic element of public organization and personnel system from a historical and economy-politic perspective.

Course Content

In this course, the anthropic element of public organization and management process, public personnel is examined on a political-administrative level. In this context, the course evaluates the historical and social characteristics of public personnel management, and the Turkish public personnel regime is discussed in four dimensions as administrative, judicial, military and academic.
