Objectives of the Course

For investigation of the basic problems of commercial law in Turkey will be given homework. Homework will be delivered the week before final exams.

Course Content

Definition of Commercial Property , Types, Centres and Branches, Transfer and Pledge Concept, Commercial Affairs and subjected to their provisions, provisions of Being Merchant and Merchant: Trade Name, Company Name, Trademark, Trade Registry, Commercial Registry and others. Merchant Aids: Connected and Independent Merchant Aids. Company law, collective-limited Partnership, Capital Companies.
