Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to lecture the economy-politic dimension of the international relations to students.

Course Content

After briefly stating the approaches in the literature of International Political Economy, some issues of it such as financial, trade, energy, labour market, poverty and protectionaism will be analysed. And also, historical evoluation of international economic system will be examined. Some theoretical perspectives on the International Political Ecomony such as Modern World System Theory and Dependency School will be lectured.
