The purpose of this course is to examine the various state systems with unique aspects and to examine them in a comparative manner by keeping the factors that shape such systems in mind.
In the course, the governmental systems of the United Kingdom, France, the United States, Federal Republic of Germany, the USSR, Russian Federation, the People's Republic of China, India, Japan, Argentina and Spain will be examined.

| 1. | To be able to comprehend the subject of constitutional states, the duties and powers of the legislative, executive and judicial organs, the effective political parties and election laws in detail. |
