Objectives of the Course

This course aims to analyze the international regimes established on current international issues, the problems experienced in these regimes and the reasons for their success or failures.

Course Content

After examining the international regime theories, effectiveness and conditions of participation of states in regimes, international regimes of current issues such as global warming, refugees, human rights, statelessness, nuclear disarmament, anti-terrorism, minorities are examined in terms of their purposes of establishment, strengths and weaknesses.
