The aim of this course is to enable students to reinforce the knowledge, skills and competencies gained during their undergraduate education by applying them in a real business environment; to enable them to observe the functioning and the dynamics of professional life on site; to raise awareness on issues such as job application processes, career planning, business ethics and entrepreneurship; to contribute to their training as individuals who can adapt to working life more quickly and consciously after graduation.
This course is an applied process that aims to enable students to gain professional experience by doing internships in public or private sector institutions or non-governmental organizations for a certain period of time. Students observe workplace dynamics and gain insights into organizational processes, production and management systems, human resources practices, and decision-making mechanisms. The course also allows students to interact with professionals from the business world. Students are informed about career planning, CV preparation, interview techniques, and professional ethics, and are encouraged to reflect on their personal career goals. At the end of the internship period, each student submits a written report summarizing their experiences, which is evaluated by the internship committee.
