Objectives of the Course

To have theoretical knowledge about communication and to introduce basic concepts in the field of communication studies; To develop the ability to able to communicate; To know communication theories ; To know about written and oral communication ; To have proficiency about non-verbal communication (body language) to gain the ability to understand body language.; To have proficiency in business and professional writing.

Course Content

Defining the concept of communication, describing the interaction and communication , communication process and elements of communication, stages of a successful communication, impressive communication, social factors play a role in communication, the role of culture in communication, behavior and attitudes, communication forms, non-verbal communication factors, communication and body language, corporate communications, structure of communication network, interpersonal distance during communication, communication technology currently, communication methods, communication barriers, the mass media tools, human relations (interpersonal communication), the elements of effective communication.
