Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to equip students with the skills to communicate effectively, foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and manage human relations in the workplace. Participants will gain knowledge and awareness about the importance of healthy workplace relationships, empathy, teamwork, and professional behavior.

Course Content

This course explores the fundamental principles and practices of human relations in the workplace. Topics include the communication process and its types, empathy and listening skills, interpersonal relationships, group dynamics, teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution, stress management, and emotional intelligence. It also covers professional ethics, cultural diversity, and strategies for developing effective workplace relationships. The course combines theoretical knowledge with practical activities to help students become more conscious and competent in managing human relations at work.
