Objectives of the Course

The main purpose of this course is to develop knowledge and understanding of the principles of legal issues relating to contracts and other obligation.

In this course, general norms of law of obligations and contracts will be determined.

2.To get the theoretical knowledge on Law of Obligations to be able to analyze obligations and liabilities in a legal transaction

4.Judicial processes in law of obligations are comprehended
5.Understanding problem solving in law of obligations
