The main purpose of this course is to develop knowledge and understanding of the principles of legal issues relating to contracts and other obligation.
In this course, general norms of law of obligations and contracts will be determined.
| 1. | To be able to determine obligations arising from acts, contracting parties, rights, obligations and responsibilities, concepts in the field of law of obligations |
| 2. | To get the theoretical knowledge on Law of Obligations to be able to analyze obligations and liabilities in a legal transaction |
| 3. | To able to solve the legal problems of obligations and liabilities that emerging from an act |
| 4. | Judicial processes in law of obligations are comprehended |
