Objectives of the Course

This course aims to inform the students about the sources and development of law, basic concepts of law, legal order, executive, legislative and judicial powers, law and constitution, rights and freedoms.

Course Content

The important areas of Turkish law are addressed in a comprehensive way in this course. Within the course, the branches and sources of law, public law, private law, legal system, and individual rights and freedoms of Turkish citizens are clarified.
