To provide information about the damage and control of weeds that are a problem in agricultural areas
This course covers the harmful effects, benefits, and classification of weeds in agricultural areas, important weed families, parasitic weeds and their control, biological development stages of weeds, their spread, allelopathy, invasion, and competition, as well as cultural, physical, and biological control methods that can be used in weed control, concepts used when deciding on chemical control, and calibration calculations in chemical control.
