The factors deviated from Mendel rules, 7. Multiplealleles, sex determination and sex-linked inheritance, 8. Linkage and crossingover, 9. Mutations

2.To be able to cognize the importance of genetics in agricultural engineering .

Introduction, definition and scope of genetics, basic consept of genetics

Nucleic acids, organization of DNA, the functions of genetic material

Replication, genetic code, transcription, translation
Week 4 - Theoretical & Practice
The transmission of genetic material from cell to cell (mitosis) and from generation to generation (meiosis)

Mendel’s laws, The inheritance of Mendelian traits
