Objectives of the Course

In this course, the points to be considered for planting techniques of woody plants in urban areas will be studied.

Course Content

In this course, the goals of the plantation, types of planting, planting practices, maintenance and protection will be given and various plant application projects will be shown. Midterm evaluation consists of attending lectures (Performance) (5%), two quizzes (%15) and one midterm exam (20%), totaling 40%. The end-of-semester assessment is conducted based on the final examination, which constitutes 60% of the overall evaluation. Students who retake the course are obliged to fulfill all assignments, attending lectures/performance activities, and examinations anew within the scope of the current assessment and evaluation procedures of the course.
