Objectives of the Course

The main aim of this course is to enable students to understand the physiological, psychological, and social changes specific to pregnancy, and to equip them with the competencies to design, implement, and evaluate safe and supportive recreational activities for pregnant individuals.

What is pregnancy, physical physiological and social conditions, Recreative activities during pregnancy; physical activities, anatomical and cultural activities, social activities. Where these activities may be inconvenient, benefits, planning, management and implementation.
