It is aimed to obtain general information about customer relations, how to do daily operations, tour leadership and tourist guiding as well as marketing by working at a A Class Travel Agent.
Basic procedure of the agency; Departments and their duties; Staff’s duties and responsibilities; Determining costs; Costumer relations management; Doing daily operations
