Bu dersin amacı iletişim kavramı, günlük yaşamda ve iş yaşamında iletişimin önemi, beden dili ve işaretlerinin üzerinde durmak, sağlıklı bir iletişim süreci gerçekleştirebilmek için gereklilikleri öğretmektir.
The aim of this course is to teach the concept of communication, the importance of communication in daily life and business life, to emphasize the language and signs of the body, to teach the requirements for a healthy communication process.
