Programme Outcomes
1.To understand the fundamental concepts related to the food and beverage industry and food and beverage management.
2.To carry out the production process by applying managerial knowledge and skills.
3.To be competent in human relations and behavior, and to manage customer relations effectively.

5.To ensure production in food and beverage establishments in accordance with national and international standards.
