The human resources management department started accepting students for the first time in the 2013-2014 academic year and had its first graduates in 2018. The department constantly updates its course catalog to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical competencies to students who want to pursue a career in human resources management. For this purpose, the department plans to switch to the 7+1 system, where students will spend one academic semester in enterprises, starting from 2023-2024.

Adnan Menderes University Human Resources Management graduate program is the one of the first 4 years licence program in its field in Turkey. The undergraduate program started education in 2013 - 2014 education year.

The purpose of the Human Resource Management associate degree program, for the departments of human resources whose importance is increasing in efficient and effective works of businesses, is to educate young people who equipped with professional knowledge and skills, who know the most current techniques and applying them, skilled, who have sufficient level of knowledge of professional foreign language, who have enhanced sense of responsibility, have outstanding business ethics.
