Objectives of the Course

Providing basic knowledge on organizational issues by considering the effects of organizations on society and the effects of society on organizations and by taking into account that modern human beings spend most of their time in organizations, raising awareness for the importance of the human factor for forming internal structures of organizations and internal change.

Course Content

In the content of the course, basic conceps defining the relation between society and organization will be evaluated and issues (power, trust, surveillance etc.) related to organizations in modern society will be explored
