Objectives of the Course

To examine decision-making process and different methods of decision-making.

Course Content

The Definition and Importance of Decision Making, The Qualities that the information has to get in Decision Making Process and Information Resources, The Factors in Decision Making Process, Decision Makers and Their Qualities; The Characteristics of Decision Issue and Decision Types, The Levels in Decision Making Process, The Approaches in Decision Making Process, The Methods of Decision Making and Problem Solving, Improving Option and Inference in Decision Making Process, Management Information System.
