Objectives of the Course

In this course, project planning, programming and control techniques related to what is happening will be explained. The success of a project to reach the necessary skills and techniques for what is happening and how it is done will be described with examples.

Gaining detailed information about strategic, tactical and operational dimensions of business management, analyze and design the business/company in organizational level.
