Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to introduce Enterprise Resource Planning applications in enterprises, to examine the ERP architecture and application stretches and to examine the modules.

Course Content

Architecture of ERP systems. Environment and configuration. Planning of ERP systems. Design and application processes. Reasons for restructuring. Sales & Marketing. Accountancy and Finance. Basic ERP modules such as production and material management and human resources. Supply chain management. Collaborative planning of customer relationship management and advanced planning and scheduling. Integration with forecasting and procurement processes. Future directions for ERP.
