Objectives of the Course

In this course, in general, legal transactions of individuals and legal duties are examined.

Course Content

Basic Concepts of Law of Obligations, The Emergence of Debt, The Emergence Sources of Obligation (Legal Process of Obligations, Direct Legal Duties, Obligations from Unjust Enrichment), Discharge of Debt and Nonredemption of Discharge, Exceptions in the Obligation, Reasons to Terminate Obligations
