Objectives of the Course

Strategic management process, organizations, future trends, includes applications and decisions. Strategic management course in the public sector. In other words, this course-to-date with the real decision-making and policy-making skills are gained for the solution of problems

Course Content

Definition of the strategy, strategic decisions, strategic plans, policies, and the definition of strategic management in the private sector, public institutions and the meaning of strategic management, general globalization and global strategies, opportunities and threats analysis, the next analysis, the choice of organizational structure, resource allocation, organizational culture, leadership styles and strategies for the evaluation and control.;;Elections and strategies, the state's development plans and strategies, and strategies for local governments. Public institutions, new visions of sustainable development
