Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to reveal how the forms and relations of production shape the process of administration in terms of its historical stages.

Course Content

Primitive, slave, feudal and capitalist forms of production, the effects of these forms on public administration, the organizational models and production relations of fordism and post-fordism, neoliberalism and liberalization processes, public-private partnerships, the spread of contractual relations, centralization and dissolution processes in public organization.
