The aim of this course is to introduce contemporary concepts, theories, approaches and practices in public administration.
Classical understanding of public administration, systems approach in public administration, chaos and complexity sciences in public administration, American new public administration movement, public management, governance, new right and minimal state theory, public choice theory, post-modernism and post-bureaucracy in public administration, strategic planning and performance management in public sector, new models in the organization of goods and services production
