Objectives of the Course

Students, when the personality begins and ends when and how to be protected, person's license, real-legal person difference, how the family will be established in the legal order, the end of marriage and results, the basic concepts of property law, property rights, registration, possession, property rights and limited in-kind rights, the legal consequences of the legal order to the death of the person, the general concepts of inheritance law, who is the heir and the proportion of the estate they own, the inheritance of the inheritance made savings, their conditions, validity, acquisition and sharing of inheritance to teach.
