The purpose of this course is to teach students the structure of the administrative organization and the concepts that underpin it; to explain the scope of the administration’s activities within the framework of the public interest; to define the powers of the administration, which exercises public authority, and the legal limits of those powers; and to describe the relevant enforcement mechanisms.
Comprehensive information on the fundamental concepts and sources of administrative law, the administrative organization, the functioning of the administration, and the characteristics and bodies of local governments.
