The purpose of this course is to teach students, within the context of the fundamental concepts of Administrative Law, the characteristics and elements of administrative decisions, the types of regulatory acts and decision-making processes, the types of administrative contracts, the procedures and principles governing the operation of public services, types of law enforcement agencies, their powers and duties, the basic stages of the expropriation process, the liability of the administration, and the fundamental principles of administrative justice.
The characteristics, types, and elements of administrative decisions; the administrative authority’s regulatory actions and types of contracts; the concept of public service and the procedures and principles governing its provision; types of law enforcement agencies, their powers and duties; the concept of a public official, their powers, and the procedures and principles governing their duties; the expropriation process; the responsibilities of the administrative authority; and the fundamental characteristics of administrative justice.
