Objectives of the Course

Public personnel system, structure, theoretical and based on the legislation in relation to the operation of transferring data, able to use this information in their professional life.

Course Content

The human dimension of formal organizations, public administration examined in terms of area, the basic principles of public personnel management, appointment of civil servants examination on the merits, historically found in public personnel management system, the establishment and operation of the properties across the state, only the administrative, military, academic, and judicial areas, as all types of employment understanding.

1.Human resource management in the public sector and the private sector should be knowledgeable about.
2.Job analysis, recruitment and orientation, training and development programs, career planning, performance evaluation, job evaluation and wage management, union relations, international human resource management.
3.Staff will learn the principles of the system in the public sector.
4.Will gain knowledge in human resource planning and staffing.
5.Learn and benefit from the legal framework of public personnel management in their working lives.
