This course aims to introduce students to different approaches to the art of drama through the works of William Shakespeare on the basis of the history of theatre, performance and cinema.

This course aims -to make the student to be informed about the history of dramatic art -to make the student examine how William Shakespeare has built the dramatic structure in his works -to make the student will have chance to discover the works of William Shakespeare in different genres of art such as theatre, performance and cinema -to make the student reevaluate the traditional and the contemporary dramatic arts from an aesthetic perspective -to make the student portraying the works of William Shakespeare from different design perspectives by reading his works
