Providing some acquisition of knowledge by explaining what the concepts of etiquette and protocol are, teaching basic protocol as well as manners, and ensuring the application of protocol rules in business life while speaking, sitting and standing up, in the presence of a supervisor, in the presence of guests, and even in meetings.
