Objectives of the Course

To teach surgical operations of impacted teeth, principals, complications and treatment modalities to teach indications and techniques of biopsy, electrosurgery, criosurgery,laser surgery to teach hot and cold compression, electrical stimulation and ultrasound therapy in physiotherapy general information in tissue transplantation,indication and contra-indications dental trauma, to teach im./iv. drug injection techniques, preprosthetic surgery to give general information about odontogenic infections,diagnosis and treatment To teach premedication and related drugs, apical resection and its principals. etiology of odontogenic and non-odontogenic cysts, osteomyelitis, maxillary sinus diseases, clinical and radiographic assesment.

Course Content
